Delete your Listoora account

This page is for the Listoora app. You can delete your account and everything in it, with or without the app.
In the app
- Tap your profile picture on the front screen to open Settings.
- Tap the account row (your picture and name).
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Your account and lists are deleted. Lists you share live on with the others.
Without the app
Send an email to hi@listoora.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, so we know the account is yours. We answer to the same address and delete the account within 30 days.
An account you never signed in with has no email, so it cannot be deleted this way. It holds nothing that tells us who you are, and it is deleted by itself after 30 days without use.
What is deleted
- The account and the sign-in with Google or Apple
- Your name and profile picture
- Every list and item you own
- Your membership in lists others have shared with you
- The usage events from the beta
A shared list you own is not deleted for the others. It passes to the member who joined it first, with the items unchanged.
What is kept
Nothing that tells us who you are. If you wrote to us, we delete the email when the deletion is done.
